What should my legs feel after I rub it in?
Your legs or feet should feel cool, fresh, lightweight, and more comfortable. The goal is a lighter-feeling, cleaner-feeling finish instead of a thick cream sitting on the skin.
When is the best time to use it?
Use it after walking, standing, stairs, sitting, driving, travel, chores, gardening, or before evening rest. Many customers use it when their legs start to feel heavy later in the day.
Can I use it on calves, ankles, feet, and knees?
Yes. Those are the main areas Moveno is designed around. You can also use it on shoulders, elbows, hands, or wrists when those areas feel tired or stiff-feeling.
Will it feel sticky or greasy?
No, the texture is intended to feel like a lightweight cooling gel. It should spread easily and leave a fresh, non-sticky feel after it is rubbed in.
How to use it
How much should I apply at one time?
Start with a small amount on clean, dry skin. Spread it over the selected area, then add a little more only if the area needs it. This keeps the routine easy and avoids a heavy layer.
Can I use it before bed or after walking?
Yes. Moveno fits both situations: after walking or standing when legs feel tired, or before bed as a cooling step before evening rest.
What if my skin is sensitive?
Patch test first. Apply a small amount to clean, dry skin and wait before wider use. Stop use if redness, burning, itching, rash, or irritation occurs.
Where should I not apply it?
Do not apply Moveno to broken, irritated, or damaged skin. Avoid eyes. Do not swallow. Keep it out of reach of children.

Ordering, shipping, and returns
Can I buy once without a subscription?
Yes. One-time purchase is available. A subscription only starts if you deliberately choose the subscription option and approve the recurring terms at checkout.
Which offer should I choose?
Choose one jar if you only want to try Moveno. Choose a larger bundle if you want to keep it available for regular evening leg care or for more than one person in the household.
When will my order arrive?
Orders normally need 1-3 business days for processing before dispatch. U.S. delivery normally takes another 7-15 business days after dispatch.
How do I track my order?
Use the secure order-status link in your order or shipping email. If you cannot find it, contact Moveno with your order number and the email used at checkout.
What if the package arrives damaged?
Contact Moveno within 14 calendar days with your order details and clear photos of the product and packaging. Keep the product and packaging until we reply.
What is covered by the 60-day guarantee?
The first eligible direct purchase can be reviewed once when the request is submitted within 60 days after delivery. Original outbound delivery costs are excluded from approved satisfaction refunds. Confirmed damage, leakage, defect, incorrect items, missing quantity, or non-delivery are handled separately without that delivery-cost deduction. Subscription control
Can I skip, pause, or cancel a subscription?
Yes. You can manage available subscription actions from your customer account. Cancellation is online and does not require a phone call.
Will I see the total before I pay?
Yes. The amount charged today, shipping, tax, and any recurring subscription terms are shown before you complete payment.
