Tracking becomes available after your order is dispatched. Use Shopify's secure order-status page, the tracking link in your shipping email, or the Shop app.

1. Find the shipping email

Look for the Moveno shipping-confirmation email sent to the address used at checkout.

2. Open your secure status page

Select View your order or the carrier tracking link.

3. Follow the latest scan

The final-mile carrier and latest available update appear after the carrier accepts the parcel.

Where can I find my order number?

Your order number is shown in the order-confirmation email. Customers with an activated account can also sign in and open their order history.

Why has tracking not updated yet?

Orders normally require 1-3 business days for processing. After dispatch, some carriers need several business days to display their first scan. Processing time and carrier transit time are separate.

Marked delivered but not found

  • Check entrances, parcel lockers, reception areas, and household members.
  • Review the carrier's delivery photo or proof of delivery when available.
  • Allow one business day for an early delivery scan.
  • If it is still missing, contact Moveno with the order number and tracking link.
