Subscription is optional. One-time purchase remains available, and subscription only begins after you deliberately select it and approve the recurring terms at checkout.

Prices, discounts, taxes, and the amount charged today are displayed again in Shopify checkout. If prices change, the applicable notice and consent requirements will be followed.

How to manage your subscription

  1. Open the Moveno account link or select Manage your subscription in a subscription email.
  2. Enter the email used at checkout and the 6-digit verification code sent by Shopify.
  3. Select Subscriptions, then open the subscription you want to manage.
  4. Choose the available action and confirm it.
Change quantity

Request a change between 1, 2, 3, or 4 jars for a future delivery. If the customer portal does not expose quantity editing, contact support before the next order enters processing.

Skip next order

Skip one or more upcoming deliveries without canceling the subscription.

Pause or resume

Pause stops future charges and orders immediately. Resume when you are ready.

Update address

Change the shipping address before the next order enters processing.

Update payment

Use the secure customer account link. Moveno cannot see your full card number.

Cancel online

Select Cancel subscription and confirm. Future billing and delivery end immediately.

Cancellation stays visible.

You do not need to call or negotiate with support to cancel. If you have too much product, skipping or pausing is available, but you can continue to cancellation without accepting another offer.

Changes close to renewal

A quantity, address, skip, pause, or cancellation change applies to future orders that have not already entered processing. If a renewal has already been charged and processing has started, contact support; the order is handled under the shipping and returns policies.

Failed payments

Shopify can send a secure link to update the payment method. A failed payment does not authorize Moveno to collect payment through email or ask for full card details.
