We separate order processing from carrier transit so you can understand the full delivery estimate before payment.
Normally 1-3 business days before dispatch.
Normally 7-15 business days after dispatch.
Sent by email after dispatch and the carrier's first available scan.
Displayed before payment. Qualifying U.S. orders receive the configured free-shipping benefit.
Where we currently deliver
Moveno is initially focused on the United States. Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand are the next planned markets and will be listed as supported only after checkout rates and delivery routes are tested.
How orders are fulfilled
Orders may be dispatched by an international fulfillment partner. The final-mile carrier varies by destination and is identified in the shipping-confirmation email. We do not guarantee a specific carrier.
Delivery estimates
United States orders normally arrive 7-15 business days after dispatch. If a secondary market is enabled at checkout, the working estimate is 8-18 business days after dispatch. These estimates are not guaranteed dates and can be affected by carrier, weather, customs, and address issues.
Address changes
Contact us immediately. We will try to update an address before processing, but an address cannot normally be changed after the parcel is dispatched.
Customs and import charges
Orders outside the United States can be subject to import taxes, duties, or carrier fees. Unless checkout states otherwise, these charges are the customer's responsibility.
Delayed, missing, or damaged delivery
Use the tracking page first. For damage, leakage, missing items, or an incorrect item, contact us within 14 calendar days after delivery and keep the packaging until we reply.
