1. Where we deliver

Moveno ships to supported destinations shown as available during Shopify checkout. Available destinations, shipping methods, and final shipping costs are confirmed before payment.

2. Order processing

Orders are normally prepared for dispatch within 1–4 business days. Processing can take longer during holidays, promotional periods, or unusually high order volume.

3. Tracking your order

After dispatch, we send a shipping-confirmation email with the available tracking link and carrier information. Tracking updates depend on the carrier’s system and may begin after the first scan.

4. Shipping costs and import fees

The final shipping cost is displayed during checkout after a complete delivery address is entered. Local customs duties, taxes, or import charges may apply to international orders and may be collected from the recipient where required.

6. Delayed or missing deliveries

Weather, holidays, customs procedures, regulatory inspections, carrier handoffs, and transportation interruptions can affect delivery. Check the tracking page first. If the parcel has not moved for an extended period, contact Moveno with your order number and checkout email.

7. Damaged, leaking, or incorrect orders

Contact us within 14 calendar days after delivery. Keep the product and packaging until we reply, and include clear photos of the parcel, shipping label, and affected item when available.
