These Terms govern use of the Moveno website and purchases made from Moveno, a U.S.-based business operating from 1500 North Grant Street, Denver, CO 80203, United States.

Agreement and eligibility

By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and linked policies. You must be legally able to enter a purchase contract and provide accurate checkout information.

Product information, prices, and orders

We try to present product descriptions, availability, prices, discounts, taxes, shipping, quantities, and recurring terms accurately. The checkout order summary controls the amount submitted for payment. We may reject or cancel orders affected by fraud, unauthorized resale, pricing error, unavailable inventory, payment failure, or legal restrictions. If we cancel a paid order, the applicable amount is refunded.

Promotions

Promotions can have quantity, market, customer, combination, and time restrictions. Reference prices and savings must correspond to the offer shown. Promotions do not create a right to an obvious pricing or technical error.

Shipping, delivery, returns, and refunds

Processing and transit estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Orders may be fulfilled internationally and use different final-mile carriers. The Shipping Policy and Returns, Refunds & 60-Day Unopened-Product Guarantee form part of these Terms.

Subscription terms

If you deliberately choose Subscribe & Save, you authorize Shopify and the payment provider to charge the price shown at checkout every 30 days for the selected quantity until the subscription is paused or canceled. Subscription deliveries receive the shipping treatment shown at checkout.

Customers can use their Shopify customer account to review details, skip an upcoming order, pause or resume, update payment and shipping information, and cancel online. Where quantity editing is not exposed in the portal, support can assist before the next order enters processing. Cancellation ends future billing and delivery immediately; it does not automatically cancel an order already charged and processing.

External-use product terms

Read and follow the product label. Moveno is for external use only. Avoid eyes, sensitive areas, and broken skin; patch test first and stop use if irritation occurs. Product information is not medical advice, and Moveno is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.

Website use and intellectual property

Site content, branding, design, text, and original media are owned by or licensed to Moveno and may not be copied, scraped, resold, or used commercially without permission. You may not interfere with security, checkout, accounts, or other customers' use of the site.

Third-party services

Shopify, payment providers, carriers, apps, and linked services have their own terms and privacy practices. Moveno remains responsible for resolving customer issues as required by applicable law and the published store policies.

Disclaimers and limitation

To the extent permitted by law, the site and product are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated or required by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Moveno is not responsible for indirect loss that was not reasonably foreseeable, or for delay caused by events outside reasonable control.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the U.S. business and the customer transaction, without removing mandatory consumer rights that apply where the customer lives.

Changes

We may update these Terms. The current version and update date are displayed on this page. Changes do not retroactively remove rights already attached to a completed order.
